As we say goodbye to 2014 tonight, we are going to take a moment to reflect back on The Voice 2014 and some of the best performances on The Voice USA 2014! We have seen a ton of performances over the past two seasons in 2014, but which ones do I think were the best? Well, check out my Top 10 performances on The Voice 2014 below in our The Voice 2014 spoilers!

The Voice - Season 7

10. Jake Worthington (Season 6) – “Heaven” by Bryan Adams

Jake took such a classic rock ballad and put his own country twist on it. It was slow and smooth and I was such a fan of this guy. He had a good voice, but he was so damn likable!

9. Ricky Manning (Season 7) – “Wrecking Ball” by Miley Cyrus

Ricky did not make it deep into the live shows on The Voice Season 7, but I loved this performance by him. This came from the Knockout Rounds and he was actually not picked as the winner by Pharrell Williams, which shocked us, but Gwen Stefani picked him up!

8. Kat Perkins (Season 6) – “Landslide” by Fleetwood Mac

Another iconic rock ballad, but Kat nailed this one. She was often in the bottom, but America would keep her around because of The Voice Save. Never understood why she didn’t get votes during the regular performances, as I was a huge fan.

7. Delvin Choice (Season 6) – “Bright Lights” by Gary Clark, Jr.

He may have gotten into some hot water lately, but he has a smooth and silky voice that we enjoyed. This was a great song choice and gets us moving!

6. Taylor John Williams (Season 7) – “Come Together” by The Beatles

If you paid attention to any posts from me this past season, you knew I was a huge fan of Taylor. Loved everything about him and this performance confirmed that love!

5. Josh Kaufman (Season 6) – “Stay with Me” by Sam Smith

Josh went on to be the winner of The Voice Season 6 (and rightfully so), but this performance was maybe one of his best. I loved his voice and it fits so well with a Sam Smith song.

4. Craig Wayne Boyd (Season 7) – “The Old Rugged Cross” by Alan Jackson

Craig shocked many when he was announced the winner of The Voice Season 7, but this performance definitely helped him along the way. He hit the top of the iTunes charts with this one and he deserved every one of those downloads.

3. Christina Grimmie (Season 6) – “Wrecking Ball” by Miley Cyrus

You may have questioned me for including Ricky Manning taking on this song, but I enjoyed both versions of it. Of course, Christina made it higher on the charts and this audition performance sent her all the way into the finale.

2. Matt McAndrew (Season 7) – “Take Me To Church” by Hozier

I thought this performance was going to send Matt to the victory during Season 7. He came close, but I think he will be just fine in the music industry. This was an awesome performance and perfect for his voice.

1. Chris Jamison (Season 7) – “Uptown Funk” by Mark Ronson

Prior to this performance, Chris was nothing special to me. This performance put him towards the top of my favorites list and he just got better and better each week. I had not heard this song prior to this performance and he made me fall in love, so I am giving it the top spot!
