If you want to be the winner of The Voice 2014 Season 7, you have to make good song choices and you have to trust yourself in those decisions, which is exactly what Taylor John Williams on Team Gwen did last night on The Voice USA Season 7. Have I mentioned that I just love this guy? Taylor has such a cool style and he said he was going to get nerdy with this one and what he wanted to do, but I loved it. He is such a strong performer and he just owned that stage and this song. I just want him to win and he definitely has my vote!
Adam Levine said that it was really cool to see this side of Taylor on the stage, he really opened up on stage tonight. Blake Shelton said that he really had a challenge tonight with singing this song with a crowd that had horrible rhythm. Pharrell Williams asked him if he had a band because this was a rockstar performance. Gwen really didn’t want him to do this song, but she trusted him and she is glad she did!
